Uhm, I'm not sure if commits to this part of the tree that the diff
touches are OK. This is contrib/ source and the CVS interface shows
when `annotate' is used[1] the part that is affected by the manpage is
with us since revision 1.1 of the file.
David, should the changes be sent to ISC instead of being committed?
