Read the headers of a message posted "from the list" to your Inbox.
Find out what the address that the mail is sent to my majordomo is.
Use that address in your unsubscribe request.

It's really all in the instructions that majordomo posts back to you
when you send a message with "HELP" in the body to the list manager at
majordomo@FreeBSD.org.

Take the time to patiently read it, and follow the instructions.
The lists don't need any 'you all dumbasses' messages.
You can spare us that.

Pretty please?
