To use pcm1, make sure your /dev/dsp symlink points in the right direction
(to /dev/dsp1 as opposed to /dev/dsp0).  
  # cd /dev 
  # ./MAKEDEV snd1 
should set all the symlinks correctly.  But I don't know about sbc0
and what device it uses.
