i had killed the pccardd, then i did... # /usr/sbin/pccardd -v ...which dumped the /etc{,/defaults}/pccard.conf & system locked up (in X). i couldn't move mouse or switch to console or do anything else. is lockup normal? after removing linksys pcmlm56 (working only as a modem via /etc/pccard.conf), system became available. reinserting the card worked as expected. - parv -- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-mobile" in the body of the message
