Has anyone ever tried writing a program that would correctly generate a PDF that would have the proper bookmarks, and turn the index headings into links that correctly reference the area of the document? I havn't seen one kicking around, i'm curious to know if anyone has done this, if not i might do one myself, i think it would be quite handy, especially considering the size of the handbook, and how handy the bookmark/link functions within PDF's are.
