General rules are:

. people who made valueable contribution to the project are adding to
  additional contributors list.

. people who has received commit bit are removing himself from additional
  contributors and add to dvelopers list

. people who left commitership and/or project are moving from developers
  list to dvelopers alumni list

All cases there people names are duplicated in one of these three lists
mean that someone just forgot to remove one of entires.

PS: These rules are applicable to Additional Contributors, Developers and
Developers Alumni lists. All other people lists in contributors article
(like Patchkit Contributors) must be left as is.
