Hi .. I'm experiencing problems using a Logitech Internet Navigator keyboard under FreeBSD (Both 5.0 and 4.6.2). The keyboard is a USB model, but the problems also exist with a PS/2 adapter. Problem is that it simply doesnt work :( During the bootldr prompt i cannot interrupt or boot, but must simply wait for the timeout to occur (this i can live with), and also after it boots it just locks up (keyboard that is, BSD is running fine). Attaching a regular PS/2 keyboard while running doesnt help (of course booting with a PS/2 keyboard works). As stated earlier i've tried both FreeBSD 5.0 and 4.6.2, and the problem seems to be the same. The motherboard is an Asus A7V8X with both USB 2.0 and 1.x, and it doesnt seem to matter if i use a USB 2.0 or 1.x port. Also i have a Logitech Optical USB mouse attached to the machine which works like a dream (on both 2.0 and 1.x ports) FreeBSD has been running on the box before, using an old Logitech cordless keyboard.
