Hello People, After upgrading to BIND-9.2.2, I bumped into the following output message that I don't understand. I did configure /usr/local/etc/rndc.conf, so why is BIND looking for the key file? Does I gotta gen up this file? Also, do any of you DNS/BIND wizrds understand the last output? Thanks for any *clues* here! gary Apr 16 17:21:34 sage named[493]: starting BIND 9.2.2 -c /etc/namedb/named.conf Apr 16 17:21:34 sage named[493]: none:0: open: /usr/local/etc/rndc.key: file not found Apr 16 17:21:34 sage named[493]: couldn't add command channel 127.0.0.1#953: file not found -- Gary Kline kline@thought.org www.thought.org Public service Unix
