I was getting this message on my FBSD 5.0-RELEASE box when transferring large amounts of files (like a cd's worth of mp3's - it's an mp3 server). So I decided to update the 5-CURRENT to help out with testing before the 5.1 release and to see if the message goes away. It's still there I assume, from the little bit of research I've done on this, that it's harmless, but annoying. Is this something that you're wanting to fix before 5.1R? If so, I won't mind helping locate it. uname and dmesg output is below (I also get this message about 4-5 times while just booting the machine). --uname out-- FreeBSD mp3.earthlink.net 5.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 5.0-CURRENT #0: Sun Apr 27 02:58:02 CDT 2003 root@mp3.earthlink.net:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/MP3 i386 --dmesg out-- Copyright (c) 1992-2003 The FreeBSD Project.
