I have been having this happen occassionally for a week or so now...

Sep 24 16:35:33 netcom1 /kernel: psmintr: out of sync (0000 != 0008).
Sep 24 16:35:33 netcom1 /kernel: psmintr: discard a byte (15).
Sep 24 16:35:33 netcom1 /kernel: psmintr: out of sync (0000 != 0008).
Sep 24 16:35:33 netcom1 /kernel: psmintr: discard a byte (16).

The mouse 'jumps' halfway across the screen when it happens. I
haven't really had any problems before this... just making an
observation - if anyone else is seeing this consider it a bug report.
