of the machine that's begun to reboot itself about once every day and
a half, all at difference times, a behavior that begun with moving it
from 4.8-RC1 to 4.9-PRERELEASE)

FWIW at the same time I installworlded that box I installworlded two
other machines up from 4.8-RC1 but those have remained stable for 5+
days without reboot.  Their dmesgs follow.  Would be happy to supply
additional diag outputs or try things if it might be helpful...
