So what does it take to use su anymore? I've got a new install of FreeBSD 5.2.1 (installed from 5.1 cds, cvsup'ed to 5.2.1) with XFree86-4.3.0. When I start X, open a terminal (tried it so far on aterm, eterm, and xterm) and try to "su -", I get: Password: su: Sorry and my console log says: treiglad su: BAD SU ogre to root on /dev/ttyp1 I am certain I am typing the password correctly. I am in the wheel group: treiglad:~> id uid=1001(ogre) gid=1001(ogre) groups=1001(ogre), 0(wheel), 5(operator) What else do I need to do?
