im getting ready to do a cvsup / build world from 4.9 to 5.3 , and im planning on doing a custom kernnel build and i was whanting to find out if these settings are still vallid in 5.3 and if not what the replacement is if any , and ive serched the mailing list and googled it and cant find exactly what im looking for . and read src/UPDATING heres the list of options for the kern options MROUTING # Multicast routing options PIM # Protocol Independent Multicast options IPDIVERT #divert sockets options IPFILTER #ipfilter support options IPFILTER_LOG #ipfilter logging options IPSTEALTH #support for stealth forwarding options RANDOM_IP_ID options ICMP_BANDLIM options DUMMYNET options BRIDGE options NSWAPDEV=5 options SUIDDIR options HZ=100 options LIBICONV options MSGBUF_SIZE=40960 options PANIC_REBOOT_WAIT_TIME= -1 this is going to be for an old amd K6 500 that is being used for a router and a smaill privet email / web server and thanks inadvance for any help with this/these quistions If you play the WindowsXP CD backwards, you get a Satanic message . That's nothing. If you play it forwards, it installs WindowsXP!
