Just tried to boot the cdrom from grehan's directory. kernel loaded
OK, but I get:

KDB: debugger back ends: ddb
KDB: current backend: ddb

fatal kernel trap:

exception = 0x4 (instruction storage trap)
virtual address = 0x3d8f40
srr0 = 0x3d8f40
srr1 = 0x8003032
curthread = 0x46d1a0
pid = 0, comm =

[thread pid 0 tid 0 ]
stopped at 0x3d8f40: isync
db>

but I can't interact with the debugger at all. This is on an iMac
bondi (G3 233MHz) that was running MAC OS 8.1.

ideas?

Warner
