From what some reviews show, the R60 has both the touch pad and the 'nipple'.
The 3 buttons are to be used with the 'nipple' - disable the touchpad in the
bios and it should work just fine.
Mine (z60m) works great with
/usr/sbin/moused -T 2 -a 1.3 -p /dev/psm0 -t auto
