You can hack the Makefile in /usr/ports/multimedia/win32-codecs/. Just change 
line 56 to something that's always false (I used '.if 
defined(NARBLE_WITH_QUICKTIME)'). This is clearly an ugly hack and probably 
not at all recommended, but it works.
