I tried calc, writer, and impress: None of them can be saved.
About Java: I didn't explicitely disable/enable it. So it should 
be built with it per default, shouldn't it?

I still would like someone to confirm this problem - I did a lot 
of upgrading the last days (7.0 BETA2, gnome2.20) - something 
might have been messed up on my system.
