If so, it is a known problem, reported by rpaulo (CC'ed). Unfortunately, I do not have hardware to debug it. Any way, can you comment out the retry loop in the AcpiHwSetMode() from sys/contrib/dev/acpica/hardware/hwacpi.c and try again? Jung-uk Kim
