I have load the kernel module with boot. 

freebsd-desk# cat /etc/rc.conf | grep linux
linux_enable="YES"

freebsd-desk# cat /boot/loader.conf | grep linux
linux_load="YES"

freebsd-desk# kldstat | grep linux
 2    2 0xc0cc7000 2fc34    linux.ko
