Hello, It was suggested in ##freebsd that I post this here, rather than in -questions. So here goes. I'm following the instructions for "FreeBSD Update" at http://www.freebsd.org/releases/6.3R/announce.html. It's giving lots of odd messages, and the folks in the irc channel said that it's not normal. When asked, I checked, and I've apparently got sufficient disk space. I'm hoping someone might have suggestions/insight as to the problem.
