On my i7 skylake system I have inserted this like in my xorg.conf:
BusID "PCI:0:2:0"
This has allowed me to use modesetting, intel and scfb Xorg drivers
without issue. I am not sure why X isn't able to autodetect the
appropriate BusID though...
