NetBSD NFS-over-IPv6 (actually RPC over IPv6) is TI-RPC based, and it was done by NetBSD guys not KAME guys. It is not impossible to support IPv6 NFS without switching to TI-RPC, INRIA IPv6 has the code (IIRC).
