Now the use of a different autoexec.bat / config.sys may help me with what I'd like to do (and Terry with his lab of machines). Possibly some combination of memory manager with appropriate switches might result in unmodifed vectors. Maybe MS uses a memory manager anyway if you have no alternate config.sys / autoexec.bat listed. If I have any luck messing with this I'll let people know.
