Subject:   Installing over FTP

I was trying to install FreeBSD 2.2.8 over FTP, and it would connect
successfully, download 1 file (something that had the word bin in it),
then it would hang at the screen "attempting to install all selected
packages"  is this normal, or is there something wrong with the ftp
installer?
