Thanks very much!

An LLC is either a S-Corp or a C-Corp as far as I understand and as legally
registered as any "Inc" which might in many cases just be an S-Corp.
As far as I know it all comes down to what type of corporation the business is.
With an S-Corp which even could be "Inc" as far as I know *personal* and
*business* are not as separated as with a C-Corp which actually could be an LLC.

I am a foreigner (still I guess) living in the US, My wife and I have an LLC
C-Corp which seems to be legally a lot stronger than the S-Corp "Inc" she also
has.

Great!
I always which that my competitors as much employees as possible. It doesn't
really apply for the US, but usually the more employees the more trouble...

Sure!
I have been working in software development since I was 15 years old. Programs I
wrote still run on daily bases.
My experience is that at that age you need either proper guidance or have to be
very focussed on what you want to do. I unfortunately didn't always have the
proper guidance... Was very focussed though to annoyance of my parents,
especially my mom, who wanted me to be married at 20 I guess...

I think that is just a state of mind even adults can pass.
I also have the tendency to think sometimes I am too good for something... You
know what I mean... Too highly paid to clean up my desk or take out the trash...

Sorry guys, I know it does not belong on this list. And of course a resume'
should be posted at an other list. Of course some of us feel annoyed by the fact
that somebody with such an age dares to write a list of experiences like this. I
know, I know. We all worked very hard and very long hours for what we know and
sometimes have positions with a lot of stress and many bills to pay. Next to
that, of course this lists isn't the place for this message nor for any of the
others in this thread. So yes, we do get annoyed by something, but indeed it is
true that politeness and compassion even in a situation like this will help all
of us. I mean, the first thing we want is that people like FreeBSD right and
because we are all behind it, they better like us as well. I am not writing this
to offend anyone. (I just recently made the same mistake in the borland C++
Builder forums.) I hope I have learned and hope not to do it again. So please,
relax, take a beer or something else you would like to drink (I myself prefer
the one and only real American Coke!) and laugh if you don't believe it or even
if you do. We need enthusiasm for BSD I think.
Also... There was a "Mozart" we probably all know or heard about. I wonder how
many "Mozart's" there were that never even got a chance... There are still all
kinds of "Mozart's" around, in different fields of course. I personally like
Beethoven better, but hey, they all were born and appearantly will have their
place on this earth.

Well, just the look of one of the less experienced in ISP out here, but
certainly someone who did the same thing a couple of times.

Take care!
Jan
