That doesn't appear to be a valid directory. I looked around and the
only place I could find doc's in html or html-splits was at
ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/doc/packages/. I didn't bother to
try downloading them because I build my own copy on my pc using
doc-proj.
