Hello, After installing the port (getting the correct files from ftp.isc.org), I have seen a problem: After I modify /etc/rc.conf so to use /usr/local/sbin/named, whenever I run "ndc restart" (using /usr/local/sbin/ndc), the server doesn't restart, as it is looking for named.conf in /etc. Wouldn't it be better to build it with DESTETC=/etc/namebd, so that it is easier to replace it? Another problem: I have tried to run named as a "bind" user, but if I restart it with ndc, the new named runs as "root". Borja.
