Hi everyone. Is it normal to have "make kernel KERNCONF=something" produce a smaller kernel than "config something, cd ../../compile/something, make depend, make, make install"? And if so, why is the former not the preferred way to compile a personalized kernel? Thanks. -- ***************************** Eric M Logan ericmlogan@mediaone.net eric_m_logan@yahoo.com ***************************** Flames to /dev/null plz. :) ***************************** To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
