Don't know when Aironet 350 support was added, but for your hangs, the problem is that your pccard controller needs an IRQ, instead of using the (default) polling mode. In /boot/loader.conf, add a line: machdep.pccard.pcic_irq=10 (or a different IRQ you have free) Note, this is all different if you update your source to within the last week or so. The above should work for your 4.3-RELEASE, though. hope this helps, Eric Seth Hettich wrote: >>On Tue, Aug 28, 2001 at 03:25:29PM -0700, Seth Hettich wrote: >> >>>I'm trying to get my new Aironet 350 working in my new CPT. >>>=20 >>>I did the full install of 4.3, got pccardd running, and built=20 >>>a new kernel w/ the changes Ivaylo Krastev posted for the 350. >>>=20 >>>When I put the card in the system hangs and I have to power it >>>down. >>>=20 >>>I've never really used pcmcia before, so I'm at a loss for what to >>>do next.
