Having recently added disks, and such, and having to come up in single-user to fix fstab, I tried to get the wiring down, as per NOTES.
My /boot/device.hints file contains the followng, and nothing appears to have happened as a result of these additions:
hint.ppc.0.at=isa
hint.ppc.0.port=0x378
hint.ppc.0.irq=7
hint.ppc.0.flags=0x28
hint.scbus.0.at="ahc0"
hint.scbus.0.bus="0"
hint.scbus.1.at="ahc1"
hint.scbus.1.bus="0"
hint.scbus.2.at="umass-sim0"
hint.scbus.2.bus="0"
hint.da.0.at="scbus1"
hint.da.0.target="0"
hint.da.1.at="scbus1"
hint.da.1.target="15"
hint.da.2.at="scbus0"
hint.da.2.target="2"
hint.da.3.at="scbus2"
hint.da.3.target="0"
hint.sa.0.at="scbus0"
hint.sa.0.target="5"
hint.cd.0.at="scbus0"
hint.cd.0.target="6"
hint.cd.1.at="scbus0"
hint.cd.1.target="3"
hint.cd.2.at="scbus0"
hint.cd.2.target="4"
hint.sc.0.at="isa"
hint.sc.0.flags=0x100
What am I doing wrong here? dmesg output follows:
