After some cvsings all last week my home network stopped to work. After setting the parameters on the second (an1) adapter the system freezes for 1-2 min and then thing look like this: an0: flags=8843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500 inet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx netmask 0xffffffe0 broadcast xxx.xxx.xxx.255 inet6 fe80::207:eff:feb9:7cf9%an0 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x1 ether 00:07:0e:b9:7c:f9 media: IEEE 802.11 Wireless Ethernet autoselect (DS/11Mbps) status: associated ssid <SSID> stationname <STATION> channel 2 authmode OPEN powersavemode OFF powersavesleep 200 wepmode OFF weptxkey 1 an1: flags=8843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500 inet 192.168.2.254 netmask 0xffffff00 broadcast 192.168.2.255 inet6 fe80::207:50ff:feca:6fdb%an1 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x2 ether 00:07:50:ca:6f:db media: IEEE 802.11 Wireless Ethernet autoselect <adhoc> (DS/11Mbps <adhoc>) status: associated ssid Home stationname Gate-FreeBSD channel 7 authmode OPEN powersavemode OFF powersavesleep 200 wepmode OFF weptxkey 1 but no traffic can be transmitted or received from an1. in dmesg I found the following strange detection: chip0: <Intel 82371AB Power management controller> port 0x5000-0x500f at device 7.3 on pci0 an0: <Cisco Aironet 350 Series> port 0x9800-0x983f,0x9400-0x947f mem 0xda000000-0xda00007f irq 5 at device 9.0 on pci0 an0: Ethernet address: 00:07:0e:b9:7c:f9 bpf: an0 attached an1: <Cisco Aironet 350 Series> port 0xa000-0xa03f,0x9c00-0x9c7f mem 0xda001000-0xda00107f irq 9 at device 11.0 on pci0 using shared irq9. an0: Ethernet address: 00:07:50:ca:6f:db ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ bpf: an1 attached vx0: <3COM 3C590 Etherlink III PCI> port 0xa400-0xa41f irq 10 at device 13.0 on pci0 utp/aui/bnc[*utp*] address 00:20:af:f4:cc:52 bpf: vx0 attached Last cvs was on "Jan 21 01:36 EET" The both card are checked and work alone to wireless net.
