I've moved "2001:720:1500:30::2 prefixlen 64" to interface fxp0
and I've removed it from "gif1"...

but still I've got the same problem...

I haven't found such option. Are you sure FreeBSD-4.5 has it ?

PS: In "gif1", I don't see any problem with a prefix of /126...
