Considering:

 > <IfModule mod_php4.c>
 >     AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
 >     AddType application/x-httpd-php-source .phps
 > </IfModule>

Change:

 >     AddType application/x-httpd-php .php

To:

 >     AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .php3

And you should be dandy again... Nico
