Does anyone know of a fast, reliable backbone provider in Australia that
charges flat-rate? The only ones I've been able to find so far are
Tel$tra, Optus, and Connect, and they all have transfer charges, which need
to be avoided. Basically, I'm looking for a T1 speed connection (possibly
multiple T1's, I don't care if it's by satellite or however) at a flat
monthly rate.

If anyone has any info, it would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Jim
