Let me check my math again....

That is to say that the image is 641MB, where a MB == MegaByte ==
1024 * 1024 bytes.  This is the standard way that CD capacities are
measured.  If your initial starting size is different from was I
just pasted in, then you might want to check the MD5 and verify that
what you have (or where you got it from) is not corrupt.
