I'm new to this ripping music stuff on FreeBSD, so I installed cdparanoia and read in its man pages: The data can be saved to a file or directed to standard output in WAV, AIFF, AIFF-C or raw format. So where is your 'state-of-the-art' vorbis format? Or does it need more tricks to get the music in vorbis format? (Yes, meanwhile I also have installed libvorbis and vorbis-tools). Thanks, Rob.
