Linux MP3 CD Burning mini-HOWTO http://tldp.org/HOWTO/MP3-CD-Burning/ (if that doesn't work, google "cd mp3 burn mini howto") yeah, it says linux, but it still applies to bsd. It's where I learned to do the stuff and it's actually really good. It even covers volume equalizing so you don't go from one soft track to another where the recording volume is 2 fold of the previous track.
