Linux MP3 CD Burning mini-HOWTO
http://tldp.org/HOWTO/MP3-CD-Burning/

(if that doesn't work, google "cd mp3 burn mini howto")

yeah, it says linux, but it still applies to bsd. It's where I learned
to do the stuff and it's actually really good. It even covers volume
