How do I diagnose this issue? Also, it is a Hyperthreading CPU: ~ Hyperthreading: 2 logical CPUs But only displays: dmesg:cpu0: <ACPI CPU> on acpi0 AND, as I understand I need 1 pseudo-process called idle per cpu.
