hello, i've just found out that while 'grep -i ""' and 'grep --colour ""' behave as expected (by myself), running 'grep -i --colour ""' results in very strange behaviour - grep consumes all available cpu and, based on its input and terminal type, its output is definitely not what it should be. is this a known issue pls (i couldn't find anything about it) or am i just missing something ? regards, martin ps: observed on freebsd 5.3r-p5
