-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello, I have Smart Array 641 controller with RAID1 with one failed disk on FreeBSD 5.4-STABLE. The disks are hotswap. Unfortunately I can't find the same model disk and will try to put bigger one. The disks have the same parameters except the size. Do I need to reboot and enter to the bios of the controller and add the new disk or it is enough just to insert the new disk on working machine? Thanks in advance -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.7 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQFGzCH5xJBWvpalMpkRAtRxAKCj4cgyYaIjag+GuCrfJEYX3f9kewCfdF6r kzIwBScqxayHGeBDrjS5y8g= =5sD1 -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
