I think it simply hasn't been updated > with the latest data from Intel. Yes I can see that powerd is trying to change the frequency so agreed, cpufreq is broken. When you say that it doesnt work, does it give an error or? In my case it doesnt give any errors just says it set it but I see that nothing is set.
