We're announcing this under a few assumptions #1 It's going to be relicensed to something BSD community finds acceptable. .(not GPL anything) #2 It's going to be ported BSD #3 It'll end up in ports #4 We'll take feedback for features like how to implement kernel level debugging and see if we can help with it I hope this helps clarify a little..
