hi when i try to build ports on my system i get test# cd /usr/ports/ test# cd security/sudo/ test# make patch ===> sudo-1.6.3.7 : Your system is too old to use this bsd.port.mk. You need a fresh make world or an upgrade kit. Please go to http://www.FreeBSD.org/ports/ or a mirror site and follow the instructions. test# uname -a FreeBSD test.mailsurf.com 4.3-RC FreeBSD 4.3-RC #2: Wed Apr 18 10:08:47 GMT 2001 root@test.mailsurf.com:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/MAILSURF i386 test# what am i missing? make world has finished 10min before with a repository i got yesterday. ports is also fresh. fyi: i am running a diskless machine, so /var is created on boot via mfs regards Sven Huster Senior IT Systems Administrator *BSD, Linux, Solaris To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
