ifconfig fxp0 media 100baseTX
are the two commands you want to use exactly as above. You dont need the -
If you think that still does not work please post the following to the list
ifconfig fxp0 -m
ifconfig fxp0 media 100baseTX mediaopt full-duplex
ifconfig fxp0
ifconfig fxp0 media 100baseTX
ifconfig fxp0
dmesg | egrep "fxp|mii"
