no, ecartis can do the un/sub via its web interface, or through its email 
commmand lanaguage.  I have one client who built his first list with a 
single email command that subbed 18k addresses.

I have another client who could pull up 53K addesses in a <SELECT> box but 
for her colleague, his browser blew up.  but for on the order of 1000 to 
5000 addresses, the web interface should work.
