The amdtemp driver in FreeBSD 9.1 doesn't support Bulldozer and Piledriver temperature sensors. Support is available 10-CURRENT. Copy sys/dev/amdtemp/amdtemp.c from 10-CURRENT and rebuild your kernel if you want support for the CPU internal temperature sensor. This worked for me with a FX-8350 CPU.
