Hi everyone, I've got freebsd-update cron running every night, and each time get the following (regardless of whether I then run freebsd-update install): ---- The following files will be updated as part of updating to 8.4-RELEASE-p10: /boot/kernel/linker.hints ---- I've found a few discussion threads suggesting changes to freebsd-update.conf being advisable, so I've done that, to no avail. Also following these instructions for rc.conf: https://forums.freebsd.org/viewtopic.php?p=208260#p208260 No luck. I still get the message at every run. My freebsd-update.conf has no other changes: http://pastebin.com/KHdVCyBY Can anyone suggest how should I resolve this? TIA, Greg. PS: Sorry if this is considered off-topic for -security. I tried -questions, and have met silence for a week. I'm not sure where else to try.
