[-- Attachment #1 --] Hi everyone. I have been trying to discover why my X server occasionally bogs my computer down, and I have finally produced a test case that seems to reproduce the issue consistently using xfreerdp. I've posted a screen capture illustrating the issue here: https://youtu.be/sFjHi20Hl60 I welcome advice that would help me hunt down / determine what specific routines are causing the issue. Should I start hacking on the xfreerdp source? More generally, would hunting this down be helpful to the community? Note that other selection boxes displayed in other programs (e.g. gimp) do not precipitate this behavior. I'm running the nvidia-304 binary driver Thanks, -Jeff -- -------------------------------------------------- Jeffrey Baitis - jeff@baitis.net <mailto:jeff@baitis.net> - 626.921.6054 [-- Attachment #2 --] -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2 iQIcBAEBCAAGBQJVmGG/AAoJELYe/I1EoJ25WSIP/0PWvowLAeYs0VsBpwyHYBn4 ReUWGIkKP6Mz91E03+THLoF/adFWYoNkX6FhziQTcvvYR0+TTK68IwFq14/q2tkE uIFvCNJNE2pPq+FKama/TRNuLNpoh+N2MVuGzEaTtPFNyUYbpkj2kavB8m09TeuB UBG/jvDwK1HrLX+WWanaqyMry8wD4htH7RU3tBXvfHca61JS1ZWh+t42XmZhqvHx /FtJdfQbyAux5PgZuUBHNNKwRf9itLWm7kC+YEqufa0zhLB+CNPojV4KluuMJRh1 jxXeHNYqO0phcJRwI1RujbpscAUZ2zqhf8bZsH3GjtZ+qhpNwHexdCshVXHo/ESe LTs302G5/FgnQWxo+zj+A0BoZpo+3xO+8uE4+S+lmkIPtKZwzrErE+d+ZIAnF69A PAFoeTcihVON1QUiff7NUJDUN2iqCxXpwcJV/o3cmZsYEj3TFiCkuliXeEPv11VQ FDajb2l6PnEmuF8VSTfRff9AxnMIUgM0GctX33urAWFwJu/E9fpWYJzdvZTdKi8q bwcec6M93JD57jHXjgnT6LdGUc9XuowmgSkgLMKX7aOQe1+I6tvvTM6xMK8cWF+4 DHwIBv8fZ4bqV7dppf0JrU7LW1r5HXKe4rHwPvebrM1hE5objMCWQmmXJsit6s1E S28I/LPE2lYA4qlGv/XU =5489 -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----home | help
