Have you completely restarted unbound since you put that 
Interface:0.0.0.0 in there?  Reloading the config is insufficient per 
the documentation.

Can also use

netstat -an | grep 53

or your favorite variation on that theme, to make sure that it's 
actually using an interface the other machine can reach.
