disk1.iso has kernel panic during boot.

And bootonly.iso boots but after downloading kernel and base it says 
that there is the incorrect checksum, and it needs to downlodagain.

Just tried FreeBSD-11.0-CURRENT-amd64-20151217-r292413-disc1.iso
